Shipping policy

Fiddley Diddley will complete all orders in the timescales set out on each item or within 7 days of the order whichever is the earliest. If you require delivery by a specific date please let us know.
We have posted hundreds of orders via Royal Mail and they arrive in perfect condition. The pottery and wooden items are packaged with great care but we cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will treat the packages with as much care as we do. If by any slight chance you have a problem with your order due to the mail please do contact us and we will see what we can do to resolve it.

All of our parcels are sent via  Royal Mail and a proof of posting is obtained for all items posted. A copy of this can be requested if needed. If you would like guaranteed delivery on a certain date this can be arranged at an extra cost.
Royal Mail state that it is their “aim” to deliver first-class mail the next working day. We cannot guarantee Royal Mail will deliver the next day but can guarantee that all orders will be posted according to the timescales shown in our terms and conditions. If you need a specific date please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If you believe your order is late please let us know. In the first instance if the order was dispatched on time and less than 5 days have passed we will ask you kindly to wait a while longer. The Royal Mail state an item is not deemed lost until after 10 working days.

If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of delays etc.

You can request that items are sent special delivery or signed for but this will be at an additional cost payable by you.

Our general postage and packaging charges will be charged upon checkout.
